NVR TGTHR is an all-caps band for all-caps times, and they’ve got no time for vowels, either, dammit. Formed by a few Duluth, Minnesota scene vets alongside a couple fresh(er) faces, NVR TGTHR is a fivesome that brings the dark-pop quiet storm from a sometimes-dark place full of frequently-loud storms.
